All our products are shipped from the Netherlands to you via a secure, traceable shipping method. We offer free shipping, depending on your region and/or order value. No code needed; free shipping is applied at checkout and also includes import duties.

Cancelling or modifying orders is not possible after the order has been placed. 'As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive your track & trace link via email and can expect your order according to the above schedule. Please note that delivery times are estimated.'

Please note that during promotional periods, processing and shipping times may increase due to high volume of orders.

Xedor only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Failed delivery

If for some reason the package could not be delivered to the provided address or pickup point, the package will automatically be returned to the sender (Xedor) at the customer's expense. The costs include import/customs fees. These costs will all be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded. 

Items where tracking shows delivered but not received

"We are not liable for items that have been delivered according to the tracking but not received. Therefore, we will not refund these products or send a replacement item for them. It is important to pay attention to whether you fill in the correct address at checkout."

Damaged item due to shipping

If your package arrives damaged as a result of shipping, please send an email within 5 working days to info@xedor.com and attach photos of the damage so we can assist you further.
